Paring Connection Like A Breeze
Just take out the left and the right earbuds from charging box simultaneously and they will automatically pair with each other. Then search "QCY-T5 " on your phone to connect. Then you done.
How to Reset them?
(Try the following steps to fix connectivity issue)
1.Search for QCY-T5 on cellphone, tap and choose ignore or cancel pairing.
2.Clear pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices.
3.Put them back to the case and pick up two earbuds. Keep touching both for 8s until LEDs blink red for 2s then power off.
4.Keep touching both buds for 10s until LEDs blink red and green 3 times then blink red .
(Please connect like you firstly use it after resetting)
