Rail Adapter can be used on full range of FAST helmets, ACH helmets, MICH helmets,etc who have ARC rails on side.

Before hanging on headset, lift up adapters with "pa" voice, secendly sliding into the arc rail from front or back, and then slide it on the upper part of the rail for a better fit on muffs to ear.You can adjust tension with a Phillips screwdriver.

Lastly you can remove the muffs and place them out of the way of your ears when you don't need hearing protection. Arc rail adapter doesn't seem like their going to snap so far and they fit well and makes it way more comfortable then wearing the earmuffs with head band inside the helmet.

Making the part with the plastic hoop goes up and the little plastic notch goes down to adjust length.The most length is 6.6inch which would meet people requirement.
