Tips and troubleshooting:
1)iPad Pro 2018 can ONLY import photo/video by this card reader.
2)The SD Card Reader read ONLY ONE card at a time, which means all cards can't be read simultaneously.
3)Check if Android device is with OTG function and USB-C receptacle shown as. Also check if the OTG function is ON, some device keeps this function off to save power.
4)Android phone or tablets are not compatible with the exFAT format memory card. So, we suggest the customer using FAT32 or FAT format memory card.
5)Please be noted the Wi-Fi SD card is not supported.
