USE AND CARE:
- Wash Pillowcases before first use
- Warm: Heat in microwave for 10 second intervals. Remove and gently knead. Repeat until desired warmth is reached. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Eye pillow will stay warm for approximately 10 minutes.
- Cold: Remove inner pillow from pillowcase and place in a Ziploc bag with a paper towel. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Washing: Inner Pillow: DO NOT WASH OR GET WET Pillowcase: 100% Cotton. Machine wash cool water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry.
