HOW TO USE IT (method 1)
Mix the amla powder with henna powder ,
add some water make it as a thick paste
and apply the mask on your hair.
Let it rest for 40 mins
Rinse your hair with Luke warm water
HOW TO USE IT (method 2)
*Pour 4-5 tablespoon of coconut oil into a pan
*add 1 tablespoon of amla powder to it ,
*heat it until it turns slightly brown in colour
*Turn off the flame and let it cool
*When the oil is warm -not hot-to touch gently massage it into your scalp and hair
*If you are not keen on an oil and powder combo you can go with water or whole milk to make a thicker paste
*you can use amla mask 2 or 3 times per week
*do not use if you are allergic to amla
*do patch test before using
PATCH TEST *Apply the mixture on your forearm .let it sit for 24 hours
*If you experience redness hiver or other signs or irritation ,wash
*the area thoroughly and discontinue use
*If you don't experience any side effects ,it is safe to apply Elsewhere
