Directions for Use
Diffusers Humidifying 6-8 drops, Nebulizing 15-20 drops
Neat 3-5 drops directly or mix with 1 tsp carrier oil
Salve 15 drops/oz carrier oil
Massage Oil approx. 1/4oz essential oil to 12-14oz carrier oil
Body Lotion 6-12 drops/oz
Shampoo or Shower Gel anything you wash off can be stronger
Shower add a few drops to your washcloth during final (hot water) rinse
Bath 5-10 drops mixed with bath salts
Room Spray 4+ drops/cup water
Perfume apply directly or dissolve in alcohol
