Indonesian Pure Vanilla Extract is produced with premium beans from the Republic of Indonesia, the second- largest producer of vanilla. This vanilla extract has a strong, upfront flavor profile with woody, smoky notes. As this variety holds flavor through heat, making it perfect for high-heat and slow-baked dishes. We work directly with in-country suppliers, who source the finest vanilla available from diverse networks of farmers country-wide. Our sustainability efforts in Indonesia support the Crown Princess Mangkubumi, as she develops a Food Forest Garden program with the goal of protecting crops from climate change and providing farmers with a more stable livelihood.
