Wear our elastic X-strap for several hours at a time. Product comes with one strap, not a pair. Choose your size your shoe size. Available in two sizes: Regular (Men 7-10 and Women 8.5-11.5) and Large (Men 10.5-14 and Women 12-15.5). Ensure the gel buttress is placed over the achilles. If you'd like, you can wear it over a sock. The support originates from the Xstrap style and really does provide a comfortable, gentle, effective support. Take your time and get use to it by wearing it for short increments in the beginning and build your way to more time. When applying, place the logo on the top of the foot and fasten lower strap loosely at first. Then pull the upper achilles strap and fasten it for target compression. Finally, re-adjust the lower plantar strap for firm fit, comfort, and target compression. This product is only one element in an overall treatment program.
