Based on your decoration ideas, you can use the plastic straw in the set to inflate balloons by air or use helium to keep the balloons floating.
When you use helium, please use high quality helium and fill the confetti balloons with 90% helium and 10% air for best results. You can inflate balloons with helium and then inflate a little bit air to enable the confetti stick to the sides much easier.
Once your confetti balloons are inflated, we suggest creating good static by rubbing the balloons with a piece of fleece or any other wooly materials. Please note that the wellness of confetti sticks can depend on conditions such as humidity and temperature, but creating static will help preventing from these conditions.
Another suggestion for successfully sticking confetti is to add a couple drops of regular water, sugar water, or hairspray into the balloons when you are blowing them up. This will help keeping confetti stuck to the sides, but may cause streaking on the inside of the balloons.
