This bar is perfect for anyone just starting a training program, or looking to perform basic movements. Medium depth knurling gives you a good enough grip for deadlifting, bench pressing, etc, without tearing up your hands. Center knurl is ideal for one-handed exercises or back squats, to prevent the bar from slipping. This bar is NOT intended for Olympic Weightlifting.
