WHAT THE HECK ARE STEER STICKS? The industry often uses "Steer Sticks" interchangeably with Bully Sticks. Steers are just Bulls that have been 'neutered' as we say in the dog world--which of course is the majority of the male cattle population. Bulls are used for breeding purposes so there is a heck of a lot less of them. Our steer bully sticks are hand-made in Nebraska. They will be a lot less dense and dryer than our traditional bull pizzle sticks. They are perfect for puppies, smaller dogs and older dogs with sensitive teeth. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied, so please contact us and we will always address your concerns, however, we do not guarantee perfect, uniform sticks - this is actually a sign of a processed product. All our bull & steer sticks are organically made. They are not treated with chemicals.
