Our EC3 Mold Products are designed to work together to clean your home, office or car. We recognize that using potent chemicals like bleach will eliminate mold and mildew discoloration with initial contact over hours; however, it does not penetrate porous materials. When this happens, mold on the surface is killed but only water penetrates porous materials. The hyphae (roots) will eventually grow back. It is recommended to use EC3 Mold Solution Spray with some form of scrubbing or high-pressure spray or steam on grout or other porous surfaces for longer-term results and discoloration removal.

Directions: Spray or mist the entire house with EC3 Mold Solution Spray to reduce fungal air load in the home. This product can be used to address mold contamination on all your hard and soft surfaces including floors, walls, furnishings, clothes, shoes, and even pet beds. This product is safe for all materials, surfaces, fabrics, etc. Misting can be done as often as needed. Pay special attention to carpets and rugs as these are the largest filters in your home. I can also be used to spray your car heating and air system. If an item is covered with visible mold it really is best to discard it. Once an object is treated wipe with a clean cloth or let air-dry.

Caution: If applying to fine wood furniture that is susceptible to water stains, the product should be misted on and then wiped off immediately after.
