Usage:
--Choose the hair strands which you wish to highlight.
--Mix the entire quantity of the Blonder powder and the Developer in a 1:2 ratio in a bowl, to form a light, uniform paste. Apply the mixture to the chosen hair strands with the applicator brush.
--Wash hair after 30 minutes with shampoo and lukewarm water, until the water runs clear.
Apply Streax Ultrashine Conditioner; leave for 2-3 minutes, and then rinse out
