The famous Hotel de Paris of Georgetown, Colorado dates back to the silver boom days, when it served as a top notch French restaurant and first class hotel. The hotel still exists today as a museum and national landmark. This replica of the hotel's 19th century era hotel key has an old style skeleton key attached to a solid brass fob, which measures 3.25" x 1.5". One side of the fob is engraved "Hotel de Paris" Louis Dupuy (who was the founder) Georgetown, Colo." and "Good for 24 Hours". The other side is engraved "Wine Women and Song", "First Class", "One High Class Lay", and "Madame Sophie's Motto Satisfaction Guaranteed". With all that going for it, wonder why it ever closed down??
