2 Year Warranty Details :: High-Que LLC warrants this high-performance grill gasket for application on ceramic grills for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase against failure of the felt or adhesive materials to properly seal your grill when used at ordinary grill temperatures below 750?deg F (400?deg C). Symptoms of covered failure may include peeling away, thinning out, or falling into the grill. Proof of purchase and failure required for free replacement under this warranty coverage. Saturation with grease and steam is normal and gasket may discolor as a result. Gasket replacement is an investment of your time and energy in addition to your purchase of this product. Ensuring proper installation of the gasket and adjustment of the hinges, bands, and other adjustable features after completing the application of the gasket kit will reduce the possibility of a gasket failure. Ceramic grills require periodic check and tune up of the hinges and bands to close properly.
